2114 Bonito Bend

Designed for a growing family, this curved coastal home balances relaxed family living with a refined approach to entertaining. The residence is elevated on a raised platform to maximise distant sea views, while built-in daybeds and an infinity pool bring a sense of resort-style ease to the outdoor spaces. A light coastal material palette complements the home’s soft architectural forms and connects it naturally to its setting. Dual covered patios offer flexibility for outdoor living, while a generous level lawn to the rear creates a private and practical space for the family to enjoy as it grows.
