This renovation project brought to light the architecture that was synonymous with the circa 1950’s era and transformed it to a twenty first century, coastal family home. From an old mill worker’s home, the brief was to create a ‘future proof’, beach abode for a growing, young family. Thriving on coastal living, this north facing home epitomises high, vaulted ceilings, large indoor/outdoor spaces which integrates seamlessly and podiums the expansive garden and pool area for the children to run around in.
