Project 901

Terraced down a moderately steep site, we came up with a split level family home that created two single story living spaces, which, in turn, had the ability to capture views over the pristine golf course from every room in the home. Creating an inside/outside family space ensured the spaces could be protected from the harsh west facing sun and the tempestuous weather that comes from the south west. Central to the design is the protected courtyard which forms the core of the home and creates a blurred entertainment space for the adults and children alike.
